Cancellation Policy

Ticket Purchases- All tickets must be booked in advance. Entry to the event is strictly ticket only. Age Restrictions- Adult: Ages 17+ Child: Ages 8-16 Children under 17 must always be accompanied by a responsible adult. Refund & Cancellations- Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser. If you are unable to attend, please let us know in advance. Event Changes- The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule where necessary. Weather Policy- This is an outdoor event and will go ahead in most weather conditions. Please dress appropriately for the outdoors and woodland terrain. In case of extreme weather or unsafe conditions, attendees will be contacted directly regarding postponement or cancellation arrangements. Headphones- Silent disco headphones are provided during the event and remain the property of the organiser. Attendees are responsible for taking care of the equipment during use. Lost or damaged headphones may incur a replacement fee. Behaviour & Safety- We want everyone to enjoy a safe and fun evening. Any inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the event without refund. Arrival & Sign In- All attendees must sign in upon arrival and sign out before leaving the event site. This is for safety and attendance monitoring purposes. Please arrive 5:30pm and no earlier. Late entry may be delayed during busy periods. Safety Briefing- A safety briefing is mandatory for all guests before the silent disco begins. Important information regarding site safety, emergency procedures, and permitted areas will be explained during the briefing. Designated Areas- For safety reasons, all guests must remain within the designated event areas outlined during the safety briefing. Entering restricted or non-designated woodland areas is strictly prohibited. Event Marshalls- Event Marshalls will be present throughout the evening and can be identified by high visibility clothing (hi-viz jackets). Please follow all instructions given by Marshalls to ensure a safe and enjoyable event for everyone. Drinks- Drinks will be available to purchase on the night. Please do not bring your own drinks or glass bottles onto the site. Photography & Media- Photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to being included in the event photography and social media consent. End of Event- All attendees must vacate the grounds by 9:30pm.
