Adam
Adam Bray is a SOMA Breath Advanced Instructor and Cold-Water Exposure Coach. Adam is also a Yoga teacher, Barefoot movement coach, Reiki practitioner, Forest School Leader and Founder of The Human Collective. “I look forward to sharing my offerings with you at Burton Farm”

Petrina
A nature-based wellbeing coach guiding immersive experiences inspired by the natural world to restore balance, ease stress and build resilience. Blending science and ancient wisdom through practices such as Tai Chi Qigong, forest bathing, guided visualisations and mindful nature walks, I support you in finding calm and connection to nurture lasting wellbeing, clarity and purpose.​​​​​​​​​​​

Ryan, James & Lewis
Together Ryan, James and Lewis combine personal transformation, metal health expertise and embodies discipline to support men seeking deeper alignment. Their work creates space for men to pause, reconnect, speak honestly and rebuild clarity, intention and direction in their lives.

Lacey
My mission with To Just Be is to support others through sharing my passions, and practices that have supported me on my own instil wellness journey.
Everyone is their own wellbeing journey, finding what works for them ad what doesn’t. I’m here to support you to dive further into the practices you enjoy, or to discover new things (and hopefully make it less daunting!)

Chelsie
Chelsie is a Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor. Chelsie runs outdoor classes in nature. “I believe movement should feel good not just physically, but mentally too. Training outside brings a different energy — fresh air, space to breathe, and a chance to reconnect with yourself while moving your body".

Iva
Iva has been practising yoga for over 12 years and trained to become a yoga instructor in 2022. Iva is passionate about sharing her love for health, nutrition and well-being. "I have always been active and participated in a wide range of action-packed sports. However, with yoga I found my calm and perfect way to de-stress in the busy life we seem to live-in."

Elk
Elk has been a passionate musician since the 1980s, when he began playing saxophone in bands and as a street performer.
Alongside his musical journey, Elk has a deep interest in personal development and positive psychology.
Drum Happy CIC is where these two worlds come together, using the therapeutic power of music to support wellbeing and make creative, healing experiences accessible to all.

Jackie
Jackie is a kundalini yoga teacher, sound therapist and reiki practitioner.
She attended Don Conreaux and Aidan McIntyre's Gong Master Training in 2016 and has not looked back since, taking these wonderful instruments far and wide to help people discover how relaxed and rebalanced they can feel when they allow their mind and body to slow right down.
