Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment To secure your place, a non refundable payment of £50 is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days before the retreat date. Ment instructions will be provided upon booking. If the final balance is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to offer your place to someone else on the waiting list, and your deposit will be forfeited. Cancellation By Participant Any payment made is non refundable and non transferable. We understand the unforeseen circumstances can arise and we will do our best to accommodate your requests where possible. Cancellations By Organisers In the unlikely event we need to cancel the retreat all participants will receive a full refund of monies sent. Heath & Responsibility By attending the retreat you acknowledge you are participating voluntarily in all activities and take responsibility for your own health and wellbeing. If you have any medical conditions or injuries that may affect your participation please inform us before the event. Changes To The Programme While we aim to deliver the retreat as advertised, we reserve the right to make changes to the schedule, activities & facilitators.
