Cancellation Policy
Bookings and payment through our website. The swimming rules still apply for all swims at the farm. The rules are in place for your safety. Anyone found purposely breaking the rules will be asked to leave. By booking a session you are joining Burton Farm Ltd, trading as Burton Farm Fishery as a member. Your details will be securely held on our website. Please ask if you would like further information. No refunds 5 days prior to the sleepover. Though you can change to another name - please inform the Farm team. If a refund is issued prior to the 5 day policy £2.50 will be taken from the refund amount to cover the admin costs. If a booking is cancelled due to adverse weather we will inform you at the earliest time and a full refund for the sleepover will be given.
