Cancellation Policy

Bookings and payment through our website. All customers using the lake must sign in and out for every session attended. You must read the rules and comply with them, The rules are in place for your safety. Anyone found purposely breaking the rules will be asked to leave. By booking a session you are joining Burton Farm Ltd, trading as Burton Farm Fishery as a member. Your details will be securely held on the website. Please ask if you would like further information. No refund or changes within 48hrs prior to your session. Though you can change to another name - please inform the Farm team. Please note 80p will be taken from any refunds given, per booking i.e. a single booking of £6 would refund £5.20 and two bookings for £12 would refund £10.40 and so on, this is to cover the website booking fee and transaction fee that is taken when you make a booking and again if you cancel a booking. If a booking is cancelled due to adverse weather we will inform you and you will receive one swim credit which must be used within 30 days of the original date of your swim. You can email or text the team as well as come in to the cafe to rebook.
