Cancellation Policy

Usual booking rules apply. No refunds within the 48hr winder before your booked swim. All cancellations prior to the 48hr cancellation window will receive a refund minus the card payment fee of 2.5% plus the 20p website fee for the initial booking and also the 2.5% card refund fee and the 20p website fee. This totals 90p.
