Cancellation Policy Within 48 hours of the booking/event: Cancellations are non-refundable. Between 7 days and 48 hours before the booking/event: Customers may request a change of date, subject to availability. An administration fee of £2.50 will apply. More than 7 days before the booking/event: Customers are eligible for a refund, less the applicable administration fee of £2.50 Dietary Requirements: Please inform us of any dietary requirements or allergies at the time of booking so we can prepare accordingly.
